Franchise Opportunities Available:



Hudson's® Grill International, Inc. is offering single unit and multi-unit area development franchise opportunities in all 50 U.S. states. In addition, Hudson's® Grill International, Inc. is offering multi-unit international area development franchise opportunities.  Franchise candidates must have the financial ability to meet or exceed their single unit franchise agreement, or to meet or exceed their multi-unit area development agreement. Franchise candidates must have, or be able to hire, an individual with relevant experience in the food service industry to oversee the Hudson's Classic Grill restaurant franchise.

 





The answers to our "Top 10" most asked questions:


  1. Hudson's Classic Grill is a full service, fully licensed, casual style, late 50's and early 60's, Rock 'n Roll, high energy, fun, quality oriented, restaurant concept.
  2. The Term of a Hudson's Classic Grill Franchise Agreement is 20 years.
  3. The Initial Franchise Fee for a Hudson's Classic Grill restaurant is $35,000.
  4. The ongoing Hudson's Classic Grill Royalty Rate is 4%.
  5. The ongoing Hudson's Classic Grill Advertising Royalty Rate is 1%.
  6. All Franchise Owners, or the designated Operator of the Franchise Owner, will go through a minimum of five (5) weeks, to a maximum of ten (10) weeks, of hands-on, in-restaurant training.  That training will be provided at no cost to the Franchise Owner (except for travel related expenses, i.e., airfare, meals, lodging, etc., which are the responsibility of the Franchisee).
  7. Every new Hudson's Grill restaurant opening will be supported by a "New Restaurant Opening Support Team" (at no cost to the Franchise Owner).  Franchise Owners who open additional sites may have the option to forego the "New Restaurant Opening Support Team" and open additional Hudson's
    Classic Grills with their own personnel.
  8. The cost to build a new Hudson's Grill restaurant ranges from $125 to $180 per square foot. The Hudson's Classic Grill prototypes come in two sizes: the first being approximately 4,900 square feet, and a smaller version that is approximately 4,000 square feet.  With written approval from Hudson's Grill International, Inc., Hudson's Classic Grills may also be opened in existing, "remodeled" buildings.
  9. The average guest check at a typical Hudson's Grill restaurant is approximately $7.75 at lunch, and approximately $11.25 at dinner, excluding sales tax and alcoholic beverages.
  10. The average total cost of the complete equipment package for a Hudson's Grill restaurant, which would include all the furniture, decor, equipment, small wares, signage, point-of-sale and back office system, uniforms, jukebox, etc., will run approximately $195K to $325K.
