Marquette's newest dining experience, the Hudson's Classic Grill, Bar and Restaurant, will take you back in time. The Hudson's Classic Grill will celebrate their grand opening on June 29, 1999 at 10 a.m. by unveiling an authentic 1950 model Hudson Hornet car. The Chamber of Commerce will be performing a ribbon cutting ceremony. Enjoy the nostalgia on the menu, particularly in the burgers and fountain drinks. Hudson's makes room for the 90's in the form of sandwiches, salads, appetizers, light entrees, proprietary seasoned and grilled entrees, micro brews on tap, specialty libations and a whole lot more. The new, 50's and early 60's rock' n roll flavor, restaurant is located on U.S. 41, adjacent to the Comfort Suites and the Days Inn of Marquette.
